These 20 oz. Stainless Steel Tumblers features double-wall vacuum insulation with a slider lid. The mug has a narrower bottom to fit most standard cup holders. It is 2X heat & cold resistant compared to normal tumblers. Polar Camels are made from 18/8 gauge stainless steel (18% chromium/8% nickel) - also known as Type 304 Food Grade.

3) For monograms, please include the name and/or letter you want.
CUSTOM ORDERS ***IMPORTANT*** For custom orders, prior to production, a proof will be sent for confirmation. Please make sure to check your messages and reply with approval or any changes.
FOR CUSTOM TEXT ONLY:
1) Choose product color in the drop down list.
2) In the personalization box please include your font option and the text that you want. If you want text on certain lines please use the following format for up to 4 lines:

FOR FULL CUSTOM DESIGN:

2) In the personalization box please state that you will email your custom design.

Vector File
For optimal results, please provide your artwork or logo as an editable vector file (EPS, plt, cdr, etc.). After purchasing, email a copy of your vector graphic to Sales@jcgraphix.net and put your order number as the email subject.
PLEASE DO NOT ADD QUOTATION MARKS TO YOUR TEXT UNLESS YOU WANT THEM ENGRAVED!
Non-Vector File
Non-vector graphics may still be used. However, please note that files such as JPGS, PNGs, etc. may have pixelation issues that cause unclear engravings. For this reason, prior to ordering, send us a message containing a high-quality black and white copy of your artwork, and we will let you know if it will work. The larger the image the better, because it can be made smaller but not larger. If the image is unusable, and you are unable to produce one of better quality, we can help you with converting the file. A one-time conversion fee will apply. This price varies depending on the complexity of the design, so a quote for your unique artwork can be provided via message request. There is no profit from this fee, it is just to cover the cost of converting your file.
